This month is focused on reducing the amount of coordination a staff member has to do manually before practice even starts.
The work is split across three surfaces: planning, roster clarity and performance review.
Planning
We are tightening the weekly planning loop so teams can understand who is available, where conflicts are forming and what actions still need confirmation.
Rosters
Roster management is becoming more explicit. The target is simple: a coach should be able to understand who belongs where without reading last week’s messages.
Performance
Stats are most useful when they are close to decisions. We are continuing to connect performance views to the workflows teams already use for review and preparation.
